Event Risers, 8 pieces ONLY

How it works:
1. Submit the order for your rental days on the website, make the payment by checking out on the website
2. An email confirmation will be sent outlining we received the order and payment (it may be in junk or spam mail)
3. 1-2 days before your rental date(s) we will send you an email with important information on the security deposit, pickup, and drop off instructions. Please ensure you check your junk or spam mail if you do not receive an email, if you do not have any emails a day prior to the rental period email us immediately.
4. You will be asked to pay the security fee prior to pickup, once the fee is paid we will email you the pickup address (this is just a pickup location, they are not associated with our business)
5. At pickup you will be given an opportunity to fully inspect the risers, if there are any known damages to the risers we will notify you about it, during this time you can let us know if you see any damages/scratches by taking a picture of them and notifying via email so we have a record of it. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. After the risers leave the pickup/dropoff location they are your responsibility, meaning you will be responsible for any damages/scratches that occur afterwards that are not previously disclosed or documented to us at the pickup time.
6. Use your risers for the rental time period and return by the agreed rental time we mentioned in the email to you
7. The dropoff location is the same as the pickup location, once you are there they will fully inspect the risers (they will mention any issues here to you if there are any), you may leave after they are inspected. The team there will then communicate with us regarding any issues, this may take a few hours depending on time constraints.
8. Once we have reviewed everything, you will be contacted by our team regarding the return of the security deposit and any issues/damages we noticed. This may not be immediate, allow for a few hours please.


We charge a REFUNDABLE security fee of $250, this fee will be FULLY refunded once the risers and all the items with it are returned (return after the number of days you've paid for) and must be in the same condition it was provided. We will email you 1-2 days beforehand to take this fee via etransfer.

Any damage to the risers, late drop off will be deducted from refundable fee accordingly. 

Late drop offs/missed drop off- charged depending on seller’s judgement. 

Missing Items- Charged as per missing, based on seller's discretion

Pickup is in the Williams Parkway and James Potter area in Brampton.

Pickup: First Day of rental at 10am, the pickup location closes at 7pm sharp

Drop-off: same day of the event or the next day after the event by 10am sharp

No cancellations on this item as there are a few rental items and are first come first serve.
