We will be shipping within 1-2 days from our end after receiving your order, we do NOT guarantee on time delivery for any shipments. This depends on the shipping carrier and time you are ordering. Please order in advance to avoid disappointment.
India shipments will depart from within India. Tracking if possible will be sent accordingly.
UNTRACKED SHIPMENTS:
If you have chosen untracked shipping, there are no updates available once you received the email that it was shipped; if the address was in USA there would have been a scan of the item in the facility and a further scan that it has been sent to the local carrier. The items will arrive, please just be patient. The shipping company recommends checking the nearest post office if the time period of expected delivery is over. The expected delivery time can be searched by typing the courier and the destination on Google (sent from Ontario).
The shipping company will have no way to monitor the status; as a result there is no refund available for these shipments as they are untracked and uninsured as listed while you purchased and accepted the terms and conditions for this by purchasing this product.
